mensaInternational

mensaInternational is the intercultural menu line of the Studentenwerk which has been permanently integrated into the menu in the Mensa.

This offer is intended to put more variety on the plates and to reduce the culinary homesickness of international students.

Both the recipes and the preparation techniques for offered the meals were taught and tested by students of international origin or those with a migration background.

The focus is on authentic preparation of the dishes. In order to do justice to the desired authenticity, recipes and methods of preparation are adapted due to constant impulses from international students.
