Do you have a room or an entire apartment to rent out? Then you can fill out the apartment offer form (including pictures and the floor plan of the apartment) and send it to Mrs. Müller. You can also submit your room offer by phone.
We don´t accept the offers from business owners.
Tips:
The Studentenwerk Freiberg sees it as its task to provide students with affordable and furnished housing. Therefore, we kindly ask you to send us only offers with a comparatively favorable rental price.
After reviewing your offer, we will publish your apartment listing free on our website "Find a room". Students can see the offers online. Your name and contact information will be not directly shown on the offer. We do our best to find matched student for your room according to your preferences.
We cannot give a guarantee that you'll find a tenant.
The new offers will be published on our website at the next update. It is important to inform the Studentenwerk Freiberg as soon as the submitted offer has been rented out so that we can remove it and keep the offers up to date.
