In Mittweida, the Studentenwerk does not have its own nurseries. However, we have signed a contract with the "Auenzwerge" day nursery, which is run by the German Red Cross. 25 places for children in the crèche age were created here by an extension, and these places give priority to students with children.
If you want to make use of this privilege, please contact the social contact office (Sozialkontaktstelle) at the Mittweida University of Applied Sciences. This office coordinates and supports the students on site. Of course, our social counselling service will also provide you with all the information you need on the subject and refer you to reliable local partners.
